Community Testing for Chief Taholah Days

COVID-19 testing available to QIN Tribal Members and residents of the Quinault Reservation, especially that wish to attend Chief Taholah Days. List yourself as a Volunteer (even if you work for the tribe or one of it’s entities). This is NOT Mass Testing of the workforce.
Please register here before arriving at the test site. 24 hours prior to testing is preferred to allow for lab paperwork to be generated
