Quinault Indian Nation Employees and Quinault Enterprise Employees are required to complete COVID-19 testing round 8. If you have been vaccinated submit your vaccine card to HR and you may be exempt.
QIN Tribal Members, any resident of the QIN reservation, and members of tribal member households are able to register to test.
